Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
• Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progres

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
• Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Driver’s licence + reliable car + Comprehensive Insurance
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Based in Australia
